Woodrock Capital Partners was founded by Ane Martens and Petter Kleppan in San Francisco 2010. Woodrock has a passion for private company investing approach to real estate, public and private securities, notes, bonds and other company instruments. Woodrock has ownership interest in several entities including but not limited to New Rock Capital, NORROC Partners, KA Holding, Rocklove Capital Partners, ORBITEC, Millennium Tower, Wellness Center and several aerospace and solar companies.

That basis has only one limitation, make sure on entrance that the free cash flow generation is accretive to your purchase price, that the intrinsic value is higher than what you pay and the manager of the growth of free cash has no incentives or limitations to reduce such free cash generations to increase actual intrinsic value.
